Work Supply – Nederland B.V., was established in 2023 to provide a qualitatively superior response to the needs of work organizations primarily in the Netherlands that are finding it considerably more difficult to hire collaborators with the skills and experience that match their requirements.
It is our belief that the difficulty in finding flexible, practical and cost-effective solutions to combat the ever-increasing shortage of labour represents the PRIMARY obstacle to the growth and development of employers established in the Netherlands and beyond.
It became apparent to us that Dutch employers of all shapes and sizes were displeased and frustrated with the inability of temporary work agencies to respond in an effective and efficient manner to their most dire and pressing human resource needs.
The work organizations in greatest despair and most unsatisfied with the poor performance of Temporary Staffing Agencies were those belonging to the sectors of economic activity with more physically demanding and less desirable jobs such as, agriculture, forestry work, construction, meat transformation and processing, warehouse and logistical activities, hotel and food industries and the like.
Our main goal is to provide genuine and cost-effective solutions to the labour needs of work organizations that belong to these sectors of economic activity – characterized as having the least glamorous and most difficult, dirty, heavy and demanding jobs of all.
We can provide solutions for the temporary human resource needs of ANY company legally operating, not only in the Netherlands, but also in bordering countries like, Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg (UK and Ireland excluded).
Our head office is in Lisbon. Our fully autonomous branch in the Netherlands was created to respond to the significant increase in Dutch clients and workers posted to this country. Our presence in the Netherlands will enable us to better service the manpower needs of Dutch, German and Belgian employers.
Today, almost all the business generated in the Netherlands results from recommendations made by our Happy Clients.

Work Supply Nederland B.V. has a bottomless pool of candidates from which to choose, supplied by the mother company in PORTUGAL – no need to ever worry about finding enough workers.
For example:
A Dutch packaging company or a German construction company contacts Work Supply – Temporary Staffing Agency Ltd. informing us they are in urgent need of 30 workers for an expected period of 6 months.
After a formal staffing agreement is established and the client has been cleared by our credit insurance providers, we quickly begin screening and selecting candidates for the positions available, mostly residents in Portugal, but some in other EU countries, and arrangements for accommodation and transportation are also made.
Within one week all workers will be available to deploy for work – if the portable A1 documents are issued by the Portuguese authorities.
